Chemical Profiles

This node captures and permanently retains Raw MS/NMR (mass spectrometry / nuclear magnetic resonance) instrument output from local samples. Compound identification and quantification also happen here; only the resulting list of identified metabolites is shared with the rest of the federation — see node.metabolomics.

Register a raw metabolomics sample

Upload a Raw MS/NMR instrument file to register a new sample. That file never leaves this node; running compound identification below produces the list of detected metabolites, and only that list syncs to the federation. See node.metabolomics.
