Raw mass-spec runs are owned entirely by this node; protein identification/quantification runs locally. Only the resulting identified proteins sync upward — see node.proteomics.

Register a raw proteomics sample

Raw mass-spec runs stay on this node by default — only the identified/quantified proteins below (after running protein identification) sync to the federation automatically. See node.proteomics. The raw run itself can still be shared with the Hub on request via Transfers.
